Order dates
Worked backwards from your schedule: each item with the last day to order it and still arrive on time.
Your cash, month by month
Importing means paying earlier. You see the curve before committing to anything.
Every local quote already carries an importer's margin.
Tile, taps, lighting, aluminium — most of what a building is finished with was imported by somebody. When you buy it locally, that somebody's margin sits inside your budget, item by item.
A constructora buying a whole project's worth of material can import at factory prices itself. What it needs to know is which items are worth it, and whether they arrive on time. That is exactly what the study answers.
Not a quote. A study.
A quote tells you what one supplier charges. The study reads your whole budget and tells you where the money is, whether it fits your schedule, and what it does to your cash.
- What is worth importing
- Line by line: what you have quoted locally against what the same thing costs landed at the site, and the saving on each one.
- When you have to order it
- Working backwards from your schedule. If an item cannot make it in time we say so — an item that misses the date is not a saving.
- What it does to your cash
- Importing pulls money forward. You see the month-by-month curve before committing to anything.
Three steps, and the first one is ours.
- 01
You send your budget and valued schedule
The files you already have. Excel or PDF, however your quantity surveyor produced them — by WhatsApp or uploaded here.
- 02
You get the study
In 2 to 3 business days: what is worth importing, how much you save on each item, when you have to order it so it arrives on time, and how your cash curve moves.
- 03
You order what suits you
No obligation. If an item interests you, we quote it with the factory and handle it end to end — production, shipping, customs and delivery to site.
Your budget stays between us.
Oasis is the platform of Ghyperion, an import company that buys at the factory for construction companies in Latin America. The study is prepared by the same team that later executes the orders — and the same one that answers the WhatsApp.
Your budget does not circulate
What you send is used to prepare your study and for nothing else. Suppliers never see it. Nobody does.
One name responsible
From the order to delivery at the site: production, shipping, customs and local transport run on our account.
Free means free
The study costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If there is nothing worth importing in your budget, we tell you that too.
What everyone asks before sending it.
- How much does the study cost?
- Nothing. We prepare it free because it is how we win clients: if the study shows a saving worth acting on, we hope you will import with us. You are under no obligation to.
- What do you do with my budget?
- We read it, prepare your study, and nothing else. It is not shared with suppliers or with anyone outside the team that prepares it.
- What format do I send it in?
- Excel or PDF, exactly as your estimator produced it. No template to fill in, nothing to install, no account to create.
- What if the material arrives late?
- Order dates are calculated backwards from your schedule, with the margin sea freight needs. If an item cannot arrive in time, the study says so — an item that misses its date is not counted as a saving.
- Who answers when I write?
- A person from the team that prepared your study — on WhatsApp, on the same number you sent your budget to.
Send us the budget for your next project.
The worst case: you lose ten minutes and learn your local prices are good. That answer is free too.
